Terms of Service

By accessing or subscribing to optixtv (optixtv.uk), you agree to the following terms governing your account and service usage.

1. Account & Connection Limits

Each subscription includes the number of simultaneous device connections selected at checkout (1, 2, or 3 streams). You may install our supported apps on multiple devices and upgrade your connection count at any time from your Member Dashboard.

2. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in GBP (£) for the duration chosen (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months) via GoCardless Instant Bank Pay and Direct Debit. You may cancel or modify your plan at any time prior to your renewal date.

3. Acceptable Use

Credentials (`Server URL`, `Username`, `Password`, and `M3U URL`) are issued for personal household viewing only and must not be publicly restreamed or shared outside your purchased connection allowance.
